We control the data you use to create your account. When handling data for your business AI products, we act as a data processor under a formal data processing agreement.

We collect the data needed to operate and support the service.

We are intentionally minimal about what we retain, especially around prompts and payment details.

• Account information such as name, email address, company name, job title, and billing address
• System data such as API usage, error logs retained for 30 days, and your IP address when using the dashboard
• Communications sent to our support or sales teams
• We do not store readable passwords; they are securely hashed
• We do not store your credit card numbers; these are handled by our payment provider
• We do not save your AI prompt content; prompts are processed in memory for classification and then deleted immediately

We only use your data where it is needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Hyperfence.

• Run, secure, and bill for the Hyperfence service
• Send important account updates, invoices, and alerts
• Improve the product using anonymous and aggregated data
• Send marketing updates only where you have specifically opted in

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

We share data only with essential service providers such as cloud hosting, billing, and email tools.

Data is stored securely on servers in the UK and EU.

We keep information only for as long as necessary. Basic business and billing records may need to be retained for 6 years after you stop being a customer to comply with legal obligations.
