Welcome to Hyperfence.

These Terms are designed to be clear and fair. If you have questions, please contact us at hello@hyperfence.io .

1

About Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of services provided and operated by Anomify Limited, trading as Hyperfence ("Hyperfence", "we", "us", "our").

Hyperfence provides AI safety, monitoring, and control services for generative AI systems and large language model ("LLM") implementations.

By accessing or using hyperfence.io or our services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms.

2

The Service

Hyperfence provides a platform designed to enhance the safety and governance of AI systems, including:

The Service operates as an intermediary layer between your application and third-party AI providers.

  • Detection and mitigation of prompt injection and jailbreak attempts
  • Monitoring and filtering of user inputs and AI outputs
  • Enforcement of customer-defined content policies
  • Analytics and visibility into AI interactions
  • Proxy-based integration with third-party LLM providers
3

Eligibility

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Services are intended for business and professional use. Individuals may access the Services for evaluation or development purposes, but remain responsible for complying with these Terms.

4

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account, but you should notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse of the Services.

5

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and responsible way. In particular, you must not:

You remain responsible for how your AI systems are configured and used.

  • Use the Services in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of the platform
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass core protections
  • Use the Services to knowingly develop a competing service
6

Customer Responsibilities

Hyperfence is designed to improve the safety and control of AI systems, but no system can eliminate all risk.

You remain responsible for your applications, including how they are deployed, configured, and used, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We provide tools to support safer AI usage, not a guarantee of complete protection.

7

Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party AI providers and infrastructure.

While we aim to ensure smooth interoperability, we do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8

Fees & Payment

Paid features are billed on a subscription basis as described at sign-up.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

We may update pricing from time to time, with reasonable notice where changes affect existing subscriptions.

9

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Hyperfence platform, including software, models, and documentation, remain our property or that of our licensors.

You retain ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Services.

10

Data & Security

We take security seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data processed through the Services.

As with any online service, no system can be completely secure, and customers should ensure appropriate safeguards within their own systems and integrations.

11

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously improving service.

From time to time, we may carry out maintenance or updates that could affect availability. Where possible, we will minimise disruption.

12

Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we work to provide high-quality and effective AI safety controls, we do not guarantee that all unsafe, harmful, or non-compliant outputs will be detected or prevented.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability in connection with the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for your use of the Services and any content or applications you deploy using them.

15

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if there is a material breach of these Terms, or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform.

16

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

17

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
